There is no wine list here: guests choose their bottle directly from the cellar, guided by Maxime, a passionate wine merchant, and Sixte, an expert sommelier. From prestigious grand crus to hidden gems, including organic, natural, and biodynamic wines, each bottle tells its own story. All our bottles are available with full transparency for two different purposes: the price shown on the left of each bottle is the cellar price for take-away purchases, while the price shown on the right is the restaurant price for enjoying the wine at the table. The warm and attentive dining room team ensures that every meal becomes a true moment of sharing.
